Residual Determination of Multiple Pesticides in Vegetable Samples by LC-MS/MS Coupled with Modified QuEChERS-dSPE Ionic Liquid-Based DLLME Method

As a matter of fact, the Dietary Guidelines United States America recommended consumption more fruits and vegetables to support healthy condition body. Unfortunately, these food materials are being accumulated with pesticidal residues due continuous miss-management excessive application chemicals during pre post-agricultural practices, which compels multiple analysis know their concentration levels for betterment security safety. For that matter, multi-residues Thiamethoxam, Propamocarb, Carbaryl, Metalaxyl, Baycarb, Thiobencarb, Diazinon, Dursban pesticides were determined in samples lettuce, garlic, ginger, bell-pepper using modified QuEChERS-dSPE Ionic Liquid-based dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) method coupled LC-MS/MS instrument validated (European Union Guideline). Resultantly, accuracy (87-127%) precision (0–22%) mostly within acceptable range former (70-120%) latter (≤20%). Meanwhile, limit detections (0.01-0.28 µg/kg) quantitations (0.03-0.93 satisfactory. The (5–400 calibration curves evaluated linearity linear coefficient regressions greater than 0.99. matrix effects all analyzed very weak less effective (≤ -86%). (1–25%) estimated measurement uncertainties certifiable 50%). Therefore, sample preparation prove as useful determination vegetable samples, presumably safe against health issues.
